Oh, it was Mubi on my TV, not Tubi.

It appears that Tubi is only available as an App on Samsung smart TVs.

I can access it through my computer though.

Wouldn't be geographical.

It says here that it's only available on Samsung, Sony, and Vizio (?) TVs as an app.

Hi, hope everyone is keeping well. Thought I would pop in and post a little bit, seems like ages since I did.
With Netflix the latest series we watched was Designated Survivor, a bit hectic/full on this series.
But a really good movie was Downsizing, after avoiding it all this time looking for other movies, and then found out how good it was.
Hong Chau is a brilliant actress, no wonder she won a Golden Globe award.

Hiya Lois, nice to see you. I watched designated survivor too and was wistful for a US president a little more like that one. Keifer did a great job.

I've been watching The Terror on prime and it's the best thing i've seen in a while. Absolute quality.

Watched a few recently

Longmire story based on a county sheriff was well....... Err OK but some of the production left one wondering wtf was going on at times. Also difficult to understand their accents to the point I ended up turning on the subtitles

I then watched Line Of Duty which I really liked ....UK Police show .. More series to come I believe

For a bit of light relief, i've been watching Psychobitches on prime. It's hilarious. It takes famous women from history and puts them in the psychiatrist's chair. Very clever and very funny.

Hi Mothra, it's nice to be back a little, I think Netflix or anything like that, is great, because NO ADS!!! We can just lose ourselves into the show without stupid ads breaking the relaxed concentration.

Lately watched a few more shows, like "Downsizing"....thought it would be crap, but was actually very interesting with some messages in it as well.

I'm waiting for the next season for "Lost in space" and "Grace and Frankie".

Then there's documentaries, about all sorts of random stuff which is fascinating.

I think, to be honest, I have relaxed more since Netflix came into our lives, to just sit back and let the mind get taken to wherever. A nice distraction.

Some of the shows that are based on true stories are good too, like "Dolemite is my name" and he started the rappers theme.

Mothra, we are in the middle of Designated survivor (season 2) and it's starting to gripe me. Now my fave FBI agent Hannah Wells is relieved from doing her job, after she put her life on the line various times for the Prez, and he just flicks her off.
Sounds ruthless. I'm starting to hate the Prez now. It's just so disheartening to watch with all the stuff that happens in such a short span of time!!
I was tossing up whether to keep watching it, but read reviews that the 3rd season is better, and more realistic.

Oh... I just watched episode 20 as to why Prez dismissed Hannah!
There was a bug in the room and it was all staged.

OMG....this show killed off my fave person!!!
It's too much drama. Wish I never started watching it, now I have to finish watching it, having gotten to know all the characters, bet it ends with a cliff hanger and season 4 in doubt of getting done.
It's the same with some other series, "Deadwood" for example, they brought out a 2 hour movie special recently 12 years after the series ended, only to end as a cliffhanger.
And another fave series ended the same with no further seasons... "Timeless"..... but they brought out a movie special also, but so pricey at the moment, I have to wait for it to become more reasonable.

Then, there's part one and two shows, like "A dog's purpose"......and "A dog's journey".....Netflix only has one, but not the other, so bought the DVD. I have the book, but happy to have the DVD too. Such an endearing show.

The one thing I liked about Designated Survivor is the intellectual White House politic talk, with some fancy words I would look up the meaning of.
Apart from that, we were thinking, is this how much drama happens to a president?
