I respect your vision, but I wonder at it's viability. Sure, Tasmania is fantastic, and lots of things will grow there. But I umm just wonder what your aim is, given your purported age.

Lot's of fruit-bearers are slow to start, and even if you get lots up, when they fruit, who is going to harvest them.?

Will be fine.

The trees will all be bearing when I get there—are dwarf or semi-dwarf and they always fruit quicker than a tree not on dwarfing rootstock.
