Ha! We have a local daily radio show hosted by 3 guys. They always end their show with "Nimrods in the News", about 3 minutes of accounts of idiots killing themselves, maiming themselves, or getting themselves arrested for their stupidity.

I don't know if you get the TV show 'Horrible History' over there, it's an English TV show for kids to teach them a little about history (my kids love it).
In it there is a segment called 'stupid deaths,' of which the name says it all. Some will really make you laugh. This is a compilation of some of them. Even though it's made for kids, you'll love it

We are such huuuuge fans of Horrible Histories in our house. Love it to pieces. Absolutely brilliant show.
The crew from HH have made a new show called "Ghosts", playing on Stan or iView. It's so good. So good the yanks have made their own version, which isn't as good.

I was watching videos of the Amber Heard trial concerning evidence of damage and disarray which reminded me of an incident a colleague had 30 years ago.
My colleague had a burglary at his house and police detectives attended to investigate. He took them into his 18-year-old daughter's bedroom and one detective said this room looks totally ransacked. My colleague thought for a second and then replied "it always looks like this".

In a new strategy that it says will slash wait times at airports and eliminate lost luggage completely, national carrier Qantas announced today that it will begin to phase out passengers on flights, with a zero-passenger target set for 2025.
CEO Alan Joyce likened the move to the removal of smoking from aircraft in the 1980s, and said the plan was the result of a top-to-bottom review of Qantas’s service. “We’re always looking for ways to remove inefficiencies from the system so we can offer a more streamlined, frictionless service. When we looked closely at what was slowing us down, again and again it came back to one thing – passengers”.
