Maternal death rates in the US are far higher than in other rich countries. Colored women suffer the most. Now with no access to safe abortion death rates will quadrupel.

Unfortunately, it has always been that the most predictable victims of lack of available healthcare are pregnant women and women in childbirth. And Trans-men too, of course.
