I have set up, as a trial, a Member Run boards category with three boards in it.

See how it goes.

Other improvements by a paid developer will have to wait until I have sold my block and bought another one in Tassie and have transplanted my trees and moved my crap to a new garden shed I have bought and had erected on the new block.

Once all that is done money is no problem.

make sure you transplant trees before you get any offer on your block. Otherwise they stay with the block

Nope........reckon you can sell on the basis that buyer knows and acknowledes trees are not included.

Yea will be on the paper work. Do have to move them before settlement is effected tho—not my land anymore then. Vendor of new block will hopefully give me permission to plant trees and build a garden shed before settlement goes through. No reason why not—land won’t be his for much longer.

Of course, I cannot preplan my trip, no idea when sale and purchase will actually happen.

I have been on to him about that more than once.

Maybe I can get the landscaper looking after my new trees bought last year can lift my trees into tree bags and look after them? He will charge for this but cheaper than going to Tassie! Or I lift them and have a couple possible places to store the trees and store my crap.

Few people there want trees, mostly they seem to want sheds!

Why not set up a PayPal Donation Button I've seen other forums use......to help defray 'special' costs of this kind.....

Set it up, & maybe ole penny pinchin' me might throw ya a few coins for a worthy cause........

I will look into that. Costs to rent server space is #22/month and domain name registrarion $44/year—chickenfeed. But I want some more development done and that costs.
