Nice steady rain up here on the Sunshine Coast too pinkeye. Beautifully cool. Love it.We've had heaps of rain here in the last day or so... yippee.. but it's pushed the residual heat south. Hobart was hotter than Brisbane today... so ... keep well hydrated.!!![]()

Thats because you don't have to be out in it all day ... rains predicted to hang around until Thursday &^%$! !##&Nice steady rain up here on the Sunshine Coast too pinkeye. Beautifully cool. Love it.
True, but I do know what that is like, given I have driven my Cabs when it is pissing down.Thats because you don't have to be out in it all day ... rains predicted to hang around until Thursday &^%$! !##&
sitting in your nice warm car is not the same as standing out in the rain waiting for some knob to answer his door.True, but I do know what that is like, given I have driven my Cabs when it is pissing down.
If that were true, I'd agree. But it ain't. Aunt Gertrude expects the Cabbie to get out in the pissing down rain, take her groceries out of the boot, and take them inside for her.sitting in your nice warm car is not the same as standing out in the rain waiting for some knob to answer his door.

And.......I reckon that is bullshit about waiting for the 'knob' to answer the door. Most of that stuff I bought for the Spitfire build (including each month's issues) are delivered, and not once was there ever a knock on the door, even though we were home. Stuff left at the door. I don't mind that.
