Yippee!! More weapons to create more body bags. More grieving mothers and loved ones at more funerals. More civilian/military casualties, and destruction of the environment. More famine, hunger, and diseases. And, more meddling countries involving themselves in a proxy war with Russia. Of course, it is only at the expense of Ukrainian and Russian lives. NOT THEIRS! Yippee!!

I'm sure all the war-profiteers, and John Wayne wannabes, are just licking their chops with this new opportunity to sell their weapons of mass destruction. Yippee! Nuke the bastards!

There are now some reports coming out that the Ukrainians have hit another Russian naval ship, a frigate, the Admiral Makarov, and that it is on fire in the Black Sea.

That makes two big boats (missile cruiser and amphibious assault ship) and three smaller ones—the two patrol boats and the frigate.

If Ukraine can destroy the bridge linking russia to Crimea and regain Kherson then the russian forces in Crimea can be isolated.

Ummmm. There must be a good reason Putin (or any previous regime) has not ordered a naval ship-yard at Novorossiysk in Krasnodar Krai. Given the fact that the Black Sea is essentially controlled by Turkey, why such a lapse in strategic thinking?

Ukraine will conserve its forces, train on the new equipment that is being sent then mount a major counteroffensive, maybe in July.

The Kerch bridge connecting russia with Crimea will soon be targeted. Sevastopol may not be a safe port for the russian Black Sea Fleet or, rather, what is left of that fleet.

the first ship took over a week before the Russians admitted it got hit. Prior to that they denied it. If you want the Russians to admit this one just wait until next week
