Not blaming you, Mothra, but this is what happens when someone with a political agenda cherry picks statistics and makes a meme.
This meme completely leaves out the context of the job losses caused by Covid and the rise in the child poverty rate that went along with the loss of those jobs.
This link from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that our unemployment rate leaped upwards when the pandemic hit, but that it has declined since then almost to the pre-pandemic level. So when this guy says Democrats have added 5.3 million jobs, he's being deceptive. The jobs he claims were "created" are mostly just jobs that had been lost due to the pandemic and which have been coming back ever since April of 2020.
"managed the most ambitious vaccine rollout in the nation's history" First of all, I and millions of other Americans were getting their first shots while Trump was still in office.
The only thing the federal government (under Trump) really did was to make these shots free of charge. The
real coordination was between the suppliers of the shots and the individual states. And secondly, if Biden can take credit for the rollout (which he can't), but if he could, so could every other head-of-state in the world whose countries are vaccinating people.
And as far as the child poverty rate, that rate was on a steep decline between 2014 and 2019, 2019 being the lowest rate in the 30 year period shown here, and I suspect that it is a much longer time period than that.
In 2020, about 16.1 percent of children under 18-years-old were living below the poverty line in the United States.

That rate went up in 2020, again because of the pandemic. So if that rate has declined in 2021 as I'm sure it has, that is thanks to the jobs recovery that has been underway since April of 2020, Trump's last full year in office.
